Our zero-proof pour, built with the same care as anything with alcohol in it — cucumber, mint, and a shrub we make in-house.
Built the same way we build everything else on the list: with a base, an acid, a sweetener, and a garnish that isn’t an afterthought. Here the base is a cucumber-mint cordial, the acid a verjuice shrub we ferment ourselves, shaken hard and strained fine.
We don’t call it a ‘mocktail’ at the bar and we’d rather you didn’t either — it is simply the cocktail on the list that happens to have nothing in it that isn’t food.
