Salt Orchard
A garden gin sour with a green-apple heart and a half-rim of sea salt for the sip that wants it.

Built around a gin we choose for its juniper restraint — more garden than pine — shaken hard with green apple, lemon, and a thread of chamomile syrup. The coupe is rimmed with sea salt on one side only, so you choose, sip to sip, whether you want the drink softened or sharpened.
It is the lightest pour on the list and deliberately so: an orchard on a warm evening, not a statement. The apple fan on top is cut thin enough to eat between sips.
